Alpha Tester Confidentiality Agreement

1. Confidentiality. The Firebreak alpha application, its features, functionality, user interface, and any documentation you receive are confidential and proprietary to FireBreak Solutions, Inc. You agree not to disclose, share, screenshot, screen-record, or distribute any aspect of the alpha to third parties without prior written consent.
2. No Competitive Use. You will not use information gained from this alpha preview to develop, enhance, or inform competing products or services.
3. Feedback Rights. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by FireBreak Solutions, Inc. without restriction or compensation. You retain no rights to such feedback.
4. No Warranty. This is pre-release software provided "as is" for evaluation purposes only. FireBreak Solutions, Inc. makes no warranties regarding functionality, availability, or fitness for any purpose.
5. Duration. These confidentiality obligations remain in effect for two (2) years from the date of acceptance, or until FireBreak Solutions, Inc. publicly releases the product, whichever comes first.
6. Termination. FireBreak Solutions, Inc. may terminate your alpha access at any time for any reason.
