Seven Simple Steps

Step 1

Open the App

Navigate to the app on your mobile device. Grant camera and location permissions when prompted.

Step 2

Start New Inspection

Tap "New Session" and enter the property address. The app autocompletes as you type and verifies your GPS location matches.

You must be within 100 meters of the property address to ensure photos are captured at the correct location.

Step 3

Select an Area

The app divides your property into key areas. Tap any area to begin:

  • Outside Front — 3 photos minimum
  • Inside — 2 photos minimum
  • Deck Area — 2 photos minimum
  • Pool — 2 photos minimum
  • Garage — 1 photo minimum
  • Outside Back — 3 photos minimum
Step 4

Capture Photos

Tap "Start Camera" to activate your device camera. Take clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles. Tap "Capture" to save each photo.

Take photos during daylight hours for best results. Capture wide shots showing the overall area, then detail shots of specific features.

Photos are automatically compressed to 1200px width at 70% quality, reducing file size by 70-80% while maintaining quality for analysis.

Step 5

Finish and Upload

Once you've captured the minimum required photos, tap "Finish Area" to queue photos for upload. Each photo uploads individually for better reliability.

Working offline? No problem. Photos save locally and upload automatically when you reconnect. The app checks for connection every 10 seconds.

Step 6

Monitor Upload Queue

Track your uploads in the Queue tab. Photos show as Pending, Uploading, Uploaded, or Failed. Failed photos automatically retry with smart backoff.

Step 7

Generate Your Report

After uploading all photos, navigate to the Reports tab and tap "Generate Risk Report." AI analyzes your photos in 5-15 minutes.
